Water Water Everywhere

The first ingredient in the blog diet is good old fashioned water. I like Pellegrino because I can get it at Duane Reade, is sparkling, and can get a nickel back if I return the bottle. I also like how it tastes, though Apollinaris and Gerolsteiner (in that order) are my favourite tasting. I also like these waters because of the high calcium content.

Merlot likes Smart Water. I don’t know why since it doesn’t taste like anything at all.

We are aiming to drink between 2 and 3 litres of the stuff daily. I am at two right now. And I’m going to the restroom a lot. I guess it’s exercise right?

One word of advice, if you are going to delve into flavoured water category, be sure you know what you are getting into.
